This was a very nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Unfortunately, the description on Expedia was inaccurate and caused us some inconvenience. The Expedia description was that the hotel had a 24/7 reception, however, when we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm due to late train connections, no one was at the hotel. Luckily, the manager arrived and we were able to get into our room, but he also informed us that reception was only open until 10 pm. We had both emailed each other using the Expedia system and neither of us had received each other's emails. The manager was initially very frustrated but after he calmed down he was very gracious. We were also dismayed to find out that although Expedia's description promised an elevator, there was none, and we had to climb two flights of stairs--and I have bad knees. The manager did carry up our heavy bag, but that did not help my knees. Expedia needs to make sure that their descriptions of their properties are accurate. We specifically picked this hotel because of the 24/7 reception and the elevator. Otherwise, this was a very nice hotel to stay in.
