"We stayed in Siesta Key for New Year’s Eve. Upon arrival, we were shocked at how much hurricane damage was still in Siesta Key. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a very nice front desk staff who explained they had only recently reopened from the damage. Property is right at the beach (maybe 100 yards to the sand). Extremely clean in the room and on property. This property is at the end of the beach, but it was a short drive to Siesta Key Village. "

"The stay at the hotel was good. Issue was if you didn’t purchase their chair and umbrella then you were forced to sit at the end where the beach area is not kept nice. You’re spending the same money as everyone else to stay at resort. Should have the same right to sit where you want on the beach. "
