We ate out every night but there are basic cooking facilities in the apartment. large TV with satellite and excellent wifi. "This property was as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. As soon as you step inside you’re met with a very pleasant aroma. The staff are super helpful and friendly. "Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gran Bali

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good. "

"A sea view is a must ! If you book Absolutey beautiful . We asked for cups and an iron and they were delivered . Superb location. Minutes away from the Old Town . Room was small but very very clean with great shower Totally will be back again Loved it "
