"A fantastic stay with incredibly friendly staff. An excellent location and the breakfast was superb each morning. Parking was really easy. It's away from the hotel but with the card you can come and go from the parking lot as you wish. "

"Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "

The only downside, the walls seemed very thin, giving no insulation, so we could here theother guests in other rooms, was a bit of a distraction when we needed an early night!"

We knew about the stairs up to the room, we were not aware of the stairs inside our room between the washroom and the bedroom. We had a rental car and the desk explained that we had to report when we came in or out of the city gate. "Excellent value for money. This is more like a 3* than a 1* hotel. The cost of the stay was less than half that of most hotels in Siena. Views across Siena from the rooms’ balconies/terraces are this hotel’s greatest asset. I had booked a classic double room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were not very spacious, but there was room to move around. The bathroom was very small, but the power shower was very welcome. Breakfast was satisfactory with cold meats, cheeses, pastries...

"Very close to the central core and easy walk for dinner and shopping. Also very close to a spectacular view of the old city! Excellent breakfast which my kids loved. Lots of fruit and options. Also family suite worked well with a twin room for them and a king for us! Very clean and pretty with lovely staff"
