"Positives: Good location for exploring Siena and easy to find. Support was good during our stay if we had issues. Negatives: At entrance to the main square so noisy. Ear plugs are essential at night to offset noisy restaurants til 1am. Teenagers singing at 3am. Bins at 7am. Shower was ridiculously small. TVs were old, if you want internet bring HDMI lead. Lounge area not cosy. Lighting poor in lounge for reading."

"This was one of our favourite stays on our 3-week European trip. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well.
