"Did not realize that the shared bathroom was for all rooms in the hotel not just two adjoining rooms. Quite a hike up the the floor the hotel is located on. Otherwise we found the facilites very clean and the staff ere very helpful and courteous. Location was excellent and our overall experience very positive."

The check-in was busy (two other groups arriving within 5 minutes), but they had adequate staff to provide us all prompt service which had been an issue with some prior hotel/car bookings. "Room was very basic with no tea/coffee making facilities. There was a shared kitchen with lots of unopened packets left inside the cupboard above the cooker. "We would definitely recommend I Tetti di Siena. It is well located, quite close to the train station but also to the main attractions. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and quiet. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the breakfast was very good. It is also very competitively priced. There is also a supermarket just around the corner. Excellent all round!"

"Bathroom could really be a lot cleaner. It’s a walk-up to the room on 2nd floor, but not bad unless you have a lot of luggage. The room itself is comfortable and the kitchen facilities are pretty good. I missed having a window in the room I could look out of, but also appreciated the peace and quiet. Can’t complain much about the kitchen, it has most of what you need, but there should really be a wine bottle opener. This is Italy after all. :)"
