Well when I got here everything was wonderful. Until the second day. I asked the receptionist in the front desk the one with glasses if there was a way I could access to a computer she told me no and then she told her coworker to tell me the same. She has an attitude. Needs better customer service skills. Initially I was going to rate this hotel 5 stars and was even thinking of coming back but knowing I have to deal with someone that has an attitude definitely won't be coming back. Oh almost forgot didn't know I had to check out so they ended up switching me to a different room I think it was probably their worse room. Only ones I want to give good credit of knowing how to treat customers is the young lady at the bar with long hair didn't get her name and Kim the one who serves breakfast. These two young ladies definitely know how to treat their customers.
