"We love the citadines at Holborn and have stayed there many times. They have recently finished renovating and it looks lovely. Staff were great and the room was great. Only issue was that they have a centrally controlled heating system (despite having a controller on the wall in the room that does nothing that we could work out. The room was like a furnace, so we had to leave the windows open, which in December was then very cold. I would suggest the hotel changes back to individual room...

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. "This place is amazing! Not only is it trendy, the staff is phenomenal, the room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom, and great amenities.
