"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful...

"Well hard to communicate other than Italian, secondly worst bed I have ever experience, shower was very small and water was leaking from every side of shower had, old looking place Area was ok and close to everything but will never rebook it if I’m back in palermo."
