Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. "We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "

"excellent cottage with wonderful idyllic feel. you can see cows nearby. But it is difficult to find with no reception. you have to contact the staff and arrange before you arrive. They will send you message also. View of your cottage is excellent. you are right at the valley and surrounded by mountains. Room is spacious and can accommodate more than 6 people and very suitable for family. "
