"Very warm and approachable staff. We can speak Mandarin, so language was not a problem for us. There is also a lobby security staff there, making us feel very safe. Walking distance (about 5min slow walk) to wangfujing street. And hotel downstairs have a convenient shop as well. Maybe they can consider placing more chairs around the lobby."

"Extremely well located, close to multiple subway stations, shopping malls, great restaurants. The property is well maintained, spacious and clean room. Fair good variety on the breakfast, staff super attentive and friendly. They helped us with many things, from how to get subway tickets to restaurants and information about tourist places. "Location of hotel is easily accessible, yet not too noisy. Wangfujing is within walking distance. Room is kind of small, not much space to place luggage especially if your luggage is big (25inch). Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but do note that the room consistently has smoking smell even for non-smoking room. Room features (e.g. lighting) can be AI controlled, which adds some form of convenience if you speak Mandarin. Still a good choice is you're looking for a hotel based on good location."

"We loved our stay! The hotel is right outside of a subway station, next to multiple malls and shopping areas, which is super convenient. The room itself is huge and well equipped, everything is spotless. Breakfast buffet is great, serving a variety of food options. The gym is large and well equipped. Overall an exceptional experience. "We arrived on a late flight, check-in was straight forward. We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was spacious and very comfortable although a little dated. Our room faced the park side. Whenever we called for anything, service was always prompt. Location is convenient and walkable to Sanlitun. We would stay at the Conrad again. "

Forbidden city is walking distance.
