My wife and I loved the fact that, even though it is a casino hotel, it didn’t feel like a casino was near. In other casino hotels, you’d get off the elevator and rushed with smoke and slots, not here. Here was very elegant, very quiet, & very clean. Thanks

My room was not ready until an hour after the checkin time. The staff was rude and didn't really care that it was inconvenient. Also, the only way to find out if my room was ready was to keep going up to desk and asking, which I did about 4 times. They were never friendly or concerned and I saw them check in other people during this time.
