My room was not ready until an hour after the checkin time. The staff was rude and didn't really care that it was inconvenient. Also, the only way to find out if my room was ready was to keep going up to desk and asking, which I did about 4 times. They were never friendly or concerned and I saw them check in other people during this time.

The room was very comfortable and fairly clean. Just needed walls/outlets/doors wiped down. Check in lady was very friendly and welcoming. Loved that there was live music on Saturday night. Really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in the evening. Parking and access to the hotel was convenient. Casino was OK, we choose to be in the non smoking floor and those machines are a lot older than the ones on the mainfloor which has smoking so I didn't get to enjoy the slot machines much.
