"Stayed for 6 nights. Its near to my work place. The breakfast buffet style and quite well stocked. But sometimes can be a bit over crowded with tourist. The Moriguchi station is just across the road, and you can go to Kyoto and Osaka with just a train ride. There's a mall nearby, 5 min walk. A nice super market which u can get cheap food. Overall a nice stay. "

"Rooms are small but clean,bed was comfortable and the bathroom also clean. As a layover for the night the hotel was located in great spot, just a couple of minutes walk from Shin Osaka station."

"Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster. "

"Great, respectful, attentive staff. Our room was okay nothing fancy, however, breakfast was great. You would need to walk ~10-15 min. from the hotel to Osaka Station. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay there."

"Comfortable and cozy big room. Comes with washing machine and little kitchenette with fridge. Bed and pillows is comfortable to sleep long hours. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I’m thankful for their genuine kindness to assist as much as possible. Free shuttle bus service to Shin Osaka station which is very convenient. Highly recommended. Will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you once again for taking care of us. "

"I was alone for two weeks and it was pretty scary but the staff were always there for me and very patient since i was a foreigner, super friendly and i was sad to leave them"

"Great place, never disappoint. The buffet brekky was one of the best we've had in this trip. Staff are very helpful especially the one in Reception. The lady took her time telling us how to get to Nara Park with just one transfer. Even with Google maps, it helps that staff are able to give us more options. So the best tip us, when in doubt, ask help from your hotel staff as they are willing to assist in any way they can. We have been to Japan 7 times and we always have enjoyed our stay. Each visit us different, yet one thing is certain, the Japanese will always be there to help. Just ask nicely, it makes a big difference. APA amenities are also better than most hotels we stayed in, they are the only ones so far that gave shower caps and lots of bins in the room for all types of rubbish, plus several paper cups for our cold and hot drinks. Our room might be smaller than the other ones we stayed in but it made up for the great amenities suited to our needs. Arigato gosaymas APA and staff!"

"Excellent location and room is big enough. Good customer service. No microwave in rooms in case I need to heat a pre-cooked items bought in shopping area nearby in times where I need it. This hotel is located almost in the Shin Osaka station. Will stay again in the future hopefully they provide even a small microwave. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent job in treating everyone a VIP!"
