"The property was a little further from the station than I thought. Initially when we checked into the hotel, there were hair on the desk as well as in the shower. The room was cozy enough for 2 people. The shower in the roomis not good. You have to open the shower every couple minutes to let the steam out or you’ll have a hard time breathing. It wasn’t a problem for me because I used the public hot bath on the basement floor but it was challenging for my son who didn’t want to use the public bath. The laundry room has 3 washer/dryer with automatic detergent so you don’t have to bring your own. At night, the washer/dryer is busy so I used it early morning. Overall, it’s was a 3 star experience but with the price, it’s satisfactory. "

"Hotel is seconds away from metro station entrances and right next to the Odori Park so everything’s within reach. Also amazing staff who are super helpful and patient! Would definitely come back in the future"
