"Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. "Apartment was very large , has everything you need , views are great and the shopping centre is no more than a 5 minute walk. Would stay again."

"There was a bad smell in main Bathroom, very strong, The main Bedroom A/C didn’t get cold. The other rooms a/c good. Stain on floor & wall. The picture of the kitchen they show with IPad not true & bathroom amenities with L’occitane Not true. Other then that close to Canland shopping centre & eateries you can walk too."

"Mainly a caravan park with some villas. Very good beach. Comfortable stay. Clean. Quite crowded with multiple parked caravan. 20min drive to city Centre for food but there is a few good place nearby for meals. "
