"The rooms are clean and comfortable. I booked two rooms, and the king-size rooms with a mini living room are comfortable and big. If you have your family, the kids can stay there and have a tatami style. The staff who helped me check in are really nice but staff, but I don't find the staff so friendly. For this trip, we've been to many hotels in Japan, but I received different customer service in this hotel. Overall, the hotel is good because they have a shuttle bus to the airport and other places. "
