"It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price."

"The hotel is clean and recently refurbished due to the Hurricane that did a lot of damage in the area. I understand to a point that because of the hurricane many hotels and motels and even the public beaches are still in a state of disrepair. But the prices that many are charging to me are ridiculous. This Hotel was too pricy for what if offered and the fact that that it was Spring Break and loaded with college people (although they were fairly well behaved) One could not use the jacuzzi or...

"This place is so tranquil and comfy. One night stay and felt so cal. And relaxed. Great views of the marina. We seen a manatee and pelicans. The balcony is awesome. The pool is great and with Margaritaville island vibes. Wish I could have stayed longer."
