"Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. Room was clean, well-appointed and worked well to get the kids to sleep allowing adults to relax upstairs. Room service menu and quality of food were excellent. "Secure Parking, easy check in at the bar (which encouraged me to order a much needed pint lol) with friendly service. Very clean and tidy room, comfy bed. Great hotel

"Excellent hotel with excellent facilities. Perfect for couples or families. We stayed as a family and absolutely loved it! Recently refurbished, with designer interiors and a good atmosphere. Great pool and spa area. Only downside was restaurant staff seemed a little uninterested/ unhelpful. Reception staff were great, grounds were immaculate and spacious and food was really good. Breakfast was especially good. Would return!"

"We booked a night in the inn as we went to Longleat for the day to celebrate my Husbands birthday. The room was light and comfortable. Very busy pub area with friendly locals.The staff were superb. He even had a cake with a birthday candle presented to him. Above and beyond service. "

Beautiful home with friendly owner

"The home is lovely and has a picturesque hallmark card exterior. We were greeted by the owner, a lovely woman that was very forgiving of us arriving so late. Very accomodating and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb, with a good selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and cooked breakfast; all table specific with no need to share with other guests. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom spacious and including both shower and bath. There was a small tv in the bedroom and wifi. The view from the window included open fields and some ponies. Easy to find location, close to Longleat and Bath for day trips. All in all, exceeded our expectations and will definitely stay again."
