"We loved our stay. The crew was fantastic. Very professional and welcoming. I would like to mention the following people by name to show our appreciation: - Mafdy ( reception). - Francis ( crew member). - Ayad ( beach). - Remon ( Tirana restuarant , special thanks). - Christina,Martina,Wael,Hassan,Shenouda ( Tirana restaurant). The room was clean. Soho square was amazing. I would like to add few suggestions: - A Microwave in the room can be a good option for any family. - The pool was little cold in the afternoon - Soho square dancing founatin needs an upgrade to match the music. - A shuttle is needed to reach Naama Bay. The hotel can arrange few trips. In general, we had an amazing vacation, beach activities were so much fun, food was delicious. thanks to all SOHO crew. Fady "

"Best holiday experience. Well mannered and polite staff, lots of food varieties, many pools, diving and snorkeling in the coral reefs right next to the resort, great evening entertainment, sunrise watching from balcony and sunset watching in the corridor. Endless memories to go with. "

"Amazing - free upgraded room to Kings Lake - so many beaches lagoons/pool's to sit at excellent sun beds, snorkelling very easy and stunning coral (take your own mask etc). Weather perfect. Food and bars - some restrictions to All Inc but once you work it out find your fav - breakfast in Garden rest. for us and Dinner at Spices. Bars, we liked the sunset beach bar and roof top evening bar - Alisia hotel lobby for evening cards if bit cold to sit out. Free golf cart taxis to get around. Stunning landscapes/gardens and lots of happy cats. Take own plastic glass (didn’t like the paper cups) and no tonic - easy to solve with onsite supermarket. Staff all very lovely friendly and courteous. It is a mainly Italian resort (chain) Red Sea meets Med vibe. "
