"The location is not far from the train station so that was great. The hotel itself is ok. I’ve noticed most hotels in Taiwan never seem to clean the windows so it looks dirty. Glass elevator looks dirty because the windows are so dirty. Same with the windows in the breakfast room which is too bad as there is a nice view. The beds were reasonable and the bathroom was a bit tired (toilet seat was very loose). Water pressure and temperature was excellent. The breakfast was just ok with only...

"The owner knows the history of Taiwan and the area. He is a wonderful person to meet. The place is so well put together. It even includes a pond with large koin carp (goldfish). The breakfast is very good. There are bicycles to ride should you so wish. We chose to ride! "

"The most important for me is the bathroom and it was clean. The AC couldn't work well so a little bit hot. The bunk was clean but not so soft. Overall is good for the range price. The roommate was also friendly."

"We felt the warm hospitality from Marsu from the moment we step out of the Xincheng Station. Owner Horace was very kind to pick us up from the station and offered help with our luggage. Marsu was spacious, spotless and had a very sweet welcoming atmosphere. Horace was always super open about answering the many questions we have and really easy to talk to. Relaxing and perfect stay

"We had an amazing relaxing, calming stay at Sophia’s property. It was sparkling clean, well thought out and Sophia drove us to her favourite restaurants for lunch and dinner and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Couldn’t ask for better service! Plus breakfast was delicious, highly recommend staying with Sophia. We stayed a couple weeks after the earthquake and the property is very safe and has no damage."
