" Outstanding service by Joseph, many commodities provided. Simply one of the best customers service I have ever had and i traveled the world. We where greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, it was a great experience. Details like nespresso coffee capsules, cookies, new toothbrushes and great Dead sea soap products. Appartment style with lots of room. Well located ,50 meter from Mamila mall ,walking distance to the old city and the the western wall. "

"First location is the heart of TelAviv superb 3 minutes walk to the beach bars. Place is clean . The manager Etai was in contact with us since booking and guide us from check in to check out I am in Israel at least once a year it’s the first time I stayed ii Sea Suites. "The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building "

"Brand new apartment, renovated and clean. Brand new refrigerator. Oven/stove-top, microwave, laundry machine, tea and coffee makers. Owner/manager was responsive to email and phone calls. When we did not know how to operate the stovetop a nice young man appeared within two hours and explained everything. ((We stayed one night at another apartment in Caesarea, and that one was neither clean, nor was the owner available at all -- even when there was no toilet paper. But that's a different...

"A mystery why not better rated. Booked for 1 night but liked it so I stayed for 3. Got upgraded room without asking. Super friendly and helpful staff. Across the street from the beach and bus stop. 3 min walk to light rail and several restaurants. Room was large and very clean. Only issue was it appeared only 1 elevator was working so sometimes there was a long wait "
