"Bathroom needs remodel."

"We had our gift package taken from our room the second day of our stay. Package was placed on top of a sofa-bed, so it would never be mistaken as garbage on the floor! The package was returned by house keeping same day when we asked at the front desk. Not a good feeling at all."

"It was a very modern and updated hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They did a really great job of keeping up with cleaning the rooms and replacing all the towels. Its in a great location also. Lots of stations nearby and also lots of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The only thing I would like was that the refrigerator never got cold and maybe the addition of a microwave would've been nice. But overall, a great stay. Would highly...

"We booked online a room for three people that includes "a large double bed and a sofa bed" but initially got a room with only two single beds. A front-desk manager tried to claim that they had a right to change room types before eventually agreeing to give us a room with three single beds instead. Despite being small, the room was clean and well-equipped, with excellent room services. The location is also very convenient."
