"The hotel room is clean, staff is nice, but the appliance needs maintanence. Te AC was making a loud noise each time it started, and the smoke detector rang in the middle of night for no reason in out room. Also the quilt was too thin for winter. We felt freezingly cold at night even though room temprature is adjusted to 72."

Also, I could not figure out how to turn off the lights so only the ones next to the bed would stay on. It was either all or nothing. Also, I was there from monday to thursday and housecleaning never cleaned the room"

"Overall, we had in room which is supposed to be handicap accessible which was not fully accessible. It showed shower bench in the advertisement, but not available. Bed was increased height. Overall the room is lovely if you needed fully accessible, it is not in parking. It's across the street in the garage."

"This is a new hotel. It is beautiful. The staff is friendly and engaged. The rooms are nice and modern. The bathroom floor in my room was questionably clean but everything else seemed fine. The restaurant food was good but the food choices were somewhat limited. The Metro Train station was right outside my window-it was noisy at times. I would request a non railroad side room if I returned. The room was pricey for just one night-over $500"
