"Only stayed here one night but it was a lovely hotel by the sea. Everything you wanted was available and the staff went out of their way to help you. The rooms are very large and whilst the bathroom was a little dated it didn't mater. There is a lovely spa which I had a lovely massage there as well as a did in the pool. There is also a lovely bar and lounge are to chill in and gave a drink. Worth the drive to get there."

"The hotel is very close to Kurashiki station and walkable distance to Bikan historical quarters. There are many shops and restaurants nearby shotengai/roofed shopping areas. The room was clean and has basic things you need. The microwave in the room was a nice touch. I bought breakfast at the grocery store next door and warm up my food. Overall, great price and very convenient location. "

"Accommodations for five to sleep, but ONLY a small couch for TWO people to sit. No extra stools or chairs. Very uncomfortable to relax. Not even a bath stool in the shower room. "

The hotel is located close to many of Kurashiki's attractions, but is ~15 minute walk from Kurashiki station which was slightly inconvenient with luggage, but not a major issue. "The hotel has a great location and really impressed me as we arrived 3 hours early for check-in and yet they gave us our room. The staff were fantastic and helpful at every turn. It’s located close to the historic district, close to Kurashiki Station, Achi Shrine, and T.S.L. Store (Traveler’s Notebooks). I normally do not talk about the amenities such as soaps etc….
