"Amazing aparthotel. The staff were super friendly and ready to help at all hours. We had an issue with the access code upon arriving late at night and the staff responded immediately and were very helpful. They also check with you periodically to see how you’re doing which was nice. All the kitchen necessities were provided for you to cook your meals. Just a couple of things for anyone staying to note - They charge to use the kitchen, which was a hit odd, although they provided everything once you stayed. The rooms are getting a bit tired, ours had a shower that wouldn’t stay up, and some of the fixtures and fittings were tired/broken."

"Just a few little things they could have added to the apartment. There was a laundry machine which is a bonus but didn’t have a laundry rack and not many hangers to hang dry your clothes. Also an iron would have be nice. There was also 3 of us staying in the unit and we ran out of toilet paper. But there is a supermarket just down the street. Overall the property was nice and clean, and online check-in was very easy. "

"This was the perfect place for our one-night stay. Conveniently located to Atocha train station, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, El Retiro Park, and so much more. The room was spacious and comfortable for two, very quiet inside even though it’s on a bustling street, and we really appreciated the espresso maker with pods that were provided! Check in was easy and the associate was friendly. Highly recommend 60 Balconies!"
