"The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was so friendly, very few places in the world you can travel to where they are so accommodating and nice. We had laundry to be done on a time limit, they got it done 2 hours before the regular time. We had dietary restrictions, they made sure those were met without any hassle. Only thing to mention is the front of the property has no logo indicating the hotel, so it’s very easy to miss. Otherwise a solid, reliable base to stay at while visiting Bali....

"The room was amazing. The restaurant was good for breakfast. The amenities are really good. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The Pilates instructor was good. Service was impeccable. Unfortunately, there was a very strong smell in the room (humidity/mod). It made it very difficult to sleep at night as the smell becomes stronger. If you are sensitive to smell I would be careful with this place. Otherwise it was great."

Great hotel in bali

"my daughter and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. We stayed for one and a half days so we had one night and the day until 7 pm. Our flight was at midnight so it was very convenient. Having a late check out the cost for the checkout was half the overnight fee and it was a good price.the room was fresh and clean. The staff are helpful and the pos are very good too. we had dinner one night and the food was lovely. The hotel is I located near many good restaurants and shopping . i. understand the hotel is in canggu a new and vibrante part of bali. I would come back to this if. i was in bali again"

"Love this property! Close to the beach, coffee, tons of restaurants and bars. If you’re looking to stay in the heart of the action, this is your place. If you want something more quiet, then maybe not. Staff is always super nice, I stayed for about a week and it was really so welcoming. Breakfast is good too!"

"The staff here are excellent. We stayed for 6 nights. The rooftop pool was lovely and a really good temperature. We ended up unwell with our daughter getting Bali belly, but the staff were very understanding, and offered us a later check out. Would definitely stay again!"
