Overall, we liked our room (nomad villa with pool) & overall the resort, but, the toilet was a massive fail in our eyes (we really need more than a glass wall between the toilet and the rest of the room). "Stayed here for two weeks, hotel was modern and clean. The staff were all excellent and very friendly, the young lad Ridwan that cleaned our room was excellent and very efficient. Really recommend this hotel, I’ve stayed in a few in Bali and this by far has been the best."

"Wonderful staff. Always ready to help. The property itself is okay and it’s not expensive but it’s let down by some of the details being missed. Dirty bird droppings not cleaned off walls, black mould in the shower, very discolored bathroom towels. Rough finishing/workmanship, cheap furnishings.
