"We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also? Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. We had just a big issue when checking out where they wanted us to pay 179 EUR for cleaning and other fees... it was 99 80 and I did not understand what it was for. I showed them that we had already paid...

"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. Everything was unbelievable beautiful and thought through (the pictures don’t even do justice) The owner and staff was the most friendly we experienced throughout our travels in Italy and the service was top. "Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of disappointments - the balcony had a very high front so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view! The sides were low so very open to neighbours and anyone smoking on their balcony. We had to keep the doors shut at times...
