"3 days in the Executive Suite on the top floor ! Happy with the spacious room and bathrooms… All fine ! Staff were very polite and helpful… Excellent team ! Breakfast wasn’t great… suggest you go out and explore the lovely food in Kuching ! Hence, we didn’t get a chance to visit the Executive Lounge ! Will certainly book the same room on our next visit !"

"Booked hotel as was walking distance to airport. Wasn't expecting much of hotel. But it was very good. Only stayed one night but wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Night food market close by. Lovely room."

"First off, it would appear that the owner of the apartment matters…as our apartment was lacking greatly in many areas, while other family members stayed in a tremendously better apartment in the same complex. Our apartment in fact, despite being booked months in advance, wasn’t even ready…so we stayed in a temporary setting until the one we booked was ready. The bathrooms were horrid, the WiFi was run through a phone line instead of ethernet connection. The couches were springy, and felt like...

"Good location and very friendly staff. The room itself is very clean and tidy. Whereas toilet is ok, though could be slightly cleaner. Maybe staff was in a rush to clean it."

"Our room was not available for unclear reasons upon arrival. Sketchy and passive aggressive management. A cash damage deposit was required at check in without prior notice. A paper receipt omitted the deposit amount. A 48 hour wait for confirmation of a change was responded to only after Expedia intervention. Caveat emptor!"
