"The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!"

"This place has such a beautiful garden. I enjoyed walking around flowers and greens. The property was well maintained and clean. I was a little disappointed that their cafe closed too early in evening. "

"Hotel has a transport service for Everland, and as this was the reason we stayed here, that was perfect. There’s not much public transport close, and the streets are very hard to navigate with a large suitcase. Helpful and friendly staff. "

"Decent hotel in Icheon, good for a stopover with heaps of restaurants just across the road. I like how they had a Samsung clothes refresh thing in the room. Staff were helpful and kind. However, the sink is too small and wall sockets not particularly placed conveniently. Area around the hotel a bit dirty and not much to do there. "

"Cool look to rooms. Semi-privacy of bathroom is hip in design but not be great from everyone. Generous room size and huge bathtub. Breakfast is a sufficient mix of Western and Asian items. Staff is friendly and attentive and has a good level of English ability. Hotel is in a good location for restaurants and transportation, especially if you are traveling in the southern suburbs of Seoul. Not recommended as a base for a Seoul-focused trip, however."

"No complaints. The staff was very friendly and knew their English very well. All of them were very accommodating and friendly when helping out. This place is convenient with walking distance to medical clinics and the AK Plaza Mall. Very clean and not small or claustrophobic. Would book again. I think this is my favorite location."

"Big room and bed. Separate and bowl type bath tub with jazzy with shower. Full width and full height glass window. Big part view and walking distance to Lotta Mart. The cons is the front male office staff not good in English 😢 unable to communicate thru room phone. Also poor service: ask Hotel guest to go to front desk as he doesn't understand; other countries hotel will send the staff to the room to support guest."

"Comfortable & clean. Housekeeping staff was lovely and convenient location. Samseong station right outside hotel and underground walkway to COEX. Highly recommend. Beds are not as comfortable as North American standards but definitely more comfortable than Korean beds which are typically very firm. "
