It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward."

"Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20. "
