"Lovely hotel, always use the Gumuya Tower when staying in Semerang, good location, nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, gym and a pool. If you can get an upgrade to the executive floor you can use the facilities on floor 16 & 17 for free."

"I was staying for family vacation, the greatest thing is location, and as old hotel it has great space in the room. But yes as old hotel the facilities also been old, pool is small, and the toddler pool is not kind of clean, and for the area with carpet will smell like moldy anywhere. Anyway all the staff was giving very good service and quick action on our need."

"We stayed at this relevantly new hotel in Semarang for one night. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Unfortunately the AC took a very long time to cool the room, and there was no hot water in the bathroom."

"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."
