The hotel was clean and confy. The customer service was nice and friendly. The phone in the room did not work out so everytime we need to ask customer service, we need to go down. The wifi also not working well. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken in the room that we stay.

Centrally located hotel near the famous simpang lima.. Unfortunately room was not so comfy. only two pillows. one bottled water though they seem provide water dispenser on each floor Breakfast has very limited option, some fruits arent fresh..

Easy access and location. Nice coffee shop across the road, 24/7 convenient stores across the road and behind the building. walking distance to the city centre (simpang lima). But the wall is not sound proof. You can hear people walking and sometimes talking in the room or in the corridor. There was one night (midnight) out of 5 nights, the road was so loud with motorcyclists.

Letaknya strategis, tidak jauh dari simpang lima dan pusat perbelanjaan, Kamar dan kamar mandi yang bersih dan nyaman. Hotel baru berdiri 2 tahun. Yang kurang hanya kapasitas parkir yang terbatas dan variasi makanan di restaurant, serta rasa nya plain

Lokasi yang sangat apik, tapi...

Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus, dekat sekali dengan simpang lima. Sayang sekali ini menjadi sisi negatif juga karena tiap malam bunyi motor bak suara motogp tak henti2nya berlalu, membuat tidur nyenyak menjadi sesuatu yang sangat sulit dicapai. Selain itu, mungkin saya agak kurang beruntung karena kamar yang saya tempati pertama2 tidak terlalu bersih dan saya beberapa kali melihat kecoa berlalu lalang. Saya meminta pindah kamar dan pihak hotel bersedia melakukan nya, tanpa ada masalah. Di kamar yang baru ini, kebersihan jauh lebih baik. Sangat sulit bagi saya untuk merekomendasi hotel ini kepada orang lain. Satu2nya hal yang saya anggap positif adalah lokasi dari hotel ini. Mohon maaf.

stay was good for cheap / budget hotel breakfast are enough all staff very nice and help full phone number to spa staff cannot reach if you want call to resepcionist, it was cannot call from room phone
