"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. The buffet breakfast and dinner was huge and the beds were really comfortable. I drove here so no idea on public transportation but parking was easy and I highly recommend!"

My only disappointment was being offered dining option times of 5:30 or 7:30pm, we asked for 7:30 as we’d had a really late lunch. But were then told 7:30 was booked. We couldn’t really enjoy dinner as we were still full from lunch. It is enjoyable though having private dining spaces. "

Quality hotel - 20 mins drive from Ebino Plateau

"Good base for exploring area. Rooms are huge with great views. Kaseki dining in-room was excellent. Large indoor and small outdoor onsen provided variety. Helpful staff given we were probably the only non-Japanese staying there."
