"Location! Location! Location! The lagoons are right across from main street which is awesome for easy access to the market, liquor store and olympic plaza. As a father of 3 young kids, it's super convenient to be able to walk everywhere and not have to be in and out of the car. The unit is a little older though but not a deal breaker at all as a trade off to location. Great and easy communication with management as well. "
