"Property was very nice, as advertised. Electronic key didn’t work when we arrived (clock was off due to time change?) but rental agent arrived and provided a new code without us even having to call!"

"The accommodation itself is not well taking care of. There’s dust and cobwebs inside rooms. There’s musty smell when you enter the house and the place is not well ventilated. No aircondition just electric fan and heater. The towels and the comforter has yellow stains in it. The pillow cases and towels smells. I phoned the guest services and verbalized my concern and told me they cleaned it and couldn’t do anything about it. "

"My only issue was that the pool and the hot tub were not in service. That should have been communicated"

"We liked the quiet privacy of the resort and the people we encountered through out our week were kind and accomodating. We enjoyed the large Lobby sitting area with our family in the evenings and my grandkids made good use of the large clean hot tub and outdoor pool"
