"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"The apartment is in an excellent location right by the river, two minutes walk from several restaurants and five minutes walk to York centre. It was lovely and warm and the garage a huge bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that there was no welcome pack as is standard in self catering accommodation and the kettle was heavily lime scaled. We bought some descaler but it needs several attempts so we had to use a pan to heat water for drinks. The person in the accommodation...

"Great hotel centrally based easy access to main railway station 8mins walking approx. Nice functional room with work space and light. Tea & coffee in room was good. "Stunning Hotel, great location by the train station, nice walk into town. Upgraded to suite, fantastic room - No hairdryer though, called down a few times and no answer from reception which was inconvenient for Mrs - But they full of apologies when we walked down to explain and sure enough hairdryer in room for when we got back to room later. Good bar, great service and nice atmosphere."
