"Staff friendly but non smoking room had strong smoke smell. Room next door had verbal fight and were loud most of the night. Outside appearance needs work - dumpster had trash falling out and several rooms appeared to be boarded up. Disappointed from what I expected."

"The hotel & room were very clean & modern looking. The beds were super comfortable & I loved that the shower was a shower & not a shower/tub combo. It had sliding glass doors & was extremely roomy. Tons of restaurant & shopping in the surrounding area. You could literally walk to Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, & Olive Garden. The only complaint I have....I wish the pool hours were open later, but that's a personal preference. It closed at 9:30pm. We were there to see the lights at Christmas...

"It was fine. My only comment is that I asked for a copy of the bill at check out and was told because I booked through 3rd party, it would come by email. Never got a copy of the bill and I had paid at the desk when I registered. Don't understand the logic. "
