"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "We were put in a family room, since we asked for 2 separate beds....it was actually 2 rooms, very large and beautiful with high ceilings, excellent bathroom and a nice balcony (although it could have been cleaner) We did not have breakfast, but it smelled and looked tempting. Reception, while friendly and helpful, does not remain on the property, which could be an issue for some. "I discovered this gem quite by accident but am happy I did. The room was huge and suitable for a 3-person family. Everything was clean, there was an iron and board, fan, and good water pressure. The best part was the hospitality though. The owner takes care of you and is lovely. Wonderful breakfast as well. "
