A real perk for customers is the shuttle service which is a call/text away and they can take you anywhere within 5-mile radius. This is very handy be a wine tasting is the main activity here!"

"We paid for an upgraded room with private outdoor fireplace for 5 nights. It rained part of the time, but there were plenty of times when it was dry. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the fireplace even once, because the cushions on the outdoor chairs were soaked and could never dry out due to cold temps. The staff should be provided covers for the cushions (or should remove them) during rainy times. This upgrade was of no value to us. That was very disappointing."

"If you are visiting Calistoga you understand the hotels are older more historic buildings. This is a very clean and well kept property with modern amenities.
