"Loved it here and highly recommend! Was at the quieter end of Koh Lipe and the beach was lovely. Staff lovely. Clean. Great value for money. Bungalows were great. Walking distance to walking street and lots of restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the quiet! Would come back again!"

"It was a the nicest hotel on Pattaya beach. The staff was friendly helpful. The breakfast was execellent. I plan to return and stay at Sita again on my next trip to Lipe."

"The jacuzzi suite is by far the best . Stayed 2 times and the the 3rd time I managed to book a newly renovated room just above the reception on the 3rd floor. Room was nice but the stairs….to breakfast and back was torturing. Too many steps . Always book the chalet on the beach."
