スタッフの対応や施設の清潔さ、大浴場・脱衣所も広くとても快適に宿泊させていただきました。 ひとつ…ハウステンボスの花火が見えるお部屋で嬉しかったのですが、障子を開けると下の男性露天風呂が見え目が合いとても焦り気まずかったです。窓ガラス下部はすりガラス様で見えづらく工夫はされていたのですが、障子を開けることで覗いているように思われていないかと心配になりました。
