"Really nice place. Breakfast was wonderful - varied and plentiful. If you have mobility issues with stairs then find somewhere else - otherwise, the almost Esher like configuration of the hotel is a lot of fun and there is an amazing view from the roof, which can only be accessed via very steep stairs."

"This hotel was AMAZING. The staff was fluent in German, Italian and English and very friendly. The breakfast was great, as well as the dinner. Our room had two balconies, with a BREATHTAKING VIEW of the Dolomites. If you have not been to this area of the world, you MUST, and this hotel is a perfect place to take in the beauty of the mountains and peace and quiet of nature. Once again, this place was quaint, very well kept and clean, with THE BEST VIEW"

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. The property was also over an hour from trailheads and I knew parking was limited. I didn’t get to enjoy any breakfasts because I needed to start my day before breakfast was offered. I kept feeling let down by the property. "
