The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. "We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive.
