"It’s difficult to describe this magnificent property as it was beyond my expectations! Traveled with my two sons who are tall adults and the spacious room was immaculate and modern. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious . Manuela was kind and helpful even with a language barrier. The hotel made the trip even better.. a home away from home! Well done!"

"The property was in an excellent location. The view was amazing. However, parking was a bit difficult since the road and parking space were quite small. There are some items in the house that could be cleaner. But overall, it was an excellent place to stay."

"The quality and size of the “apartments” (they’re basically houses, it’s great) is phenomenal for the price. "Place was just as pictured. Clean. Ideal location. Comfiest beds we had in our 5 week vacation. Staff had limited English, but decent French (and significantly better than my Portuguese), so overall no difficulties communicating with them. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and willing to help with booking excusions, willing to provide information. Very happy with our stay (except for the weather, but can’t control when storms decide to pass by). "

"Claudio our host was responsive and very helpful. Excellent customer service and location was perfect and centralized to entire part of the island. There is a free parking lot to park overnight north of the property. About .70 euro per hour if parking on street . Place was spacious with adequate amenities. Would definetly come back again. "

They were so pleasant, informative and willing to go out of their way to ensure we were made aware of all important things like tours, car rental, in house needs, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was a great way to start our visit. Our room was very good, large and quiet despite overlooking the harbour. The room and the entire hotel is spotless. Staff are constantly cleaning all areas of the facility. The breakfast area is very well managed with staff constantly clearing and cleaning tables and replenishing food. As for the staff in the hotel, there wasn’t one who didn’t greet us with pleasantries. It really appeared as though they all enjoyed their jobs and were dedicated to ensuring the guests were treated with respect. Amenities like a constant supply of bottled water, coffee supplies, daily cleaning, plush towels, robes, etc. were all part of an excellent stay. I would highly recommend the Hotel and would most definitely stay there again should we return. "

"Azoris Royal Garden offered us exactly what we wanted for our visit to the Azores. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. After a long day touring the swimming pool and hot tub were a welcome sight. We took the Breakfast option and it was excellent. Lots of different foods to chose from and a beautiful dining room. The location was an easy walk to centre of Ponta Delgada and to many good restaurants. The check in and check out was very smooth . "
