You definitely get what you pay for here. The photos in the listing are quite misleading—what looks like a bright, spotless property in the pictures is, in reality, a 3-star experience at best. The location is excellent, and the check-in staff was fast and efficient, but that’s where the positives end. The building is old and poorly maintained. The studio is a decent size, and the bed was comfortable, but the amenities are lacking, and the towels and linens were subpar. The bathroom was tiny, run-down, and noisy, adding to the overall disappointment. There’s a convenient store downstairs, which is a plus, but be aware that the actual condition of the property doesn't match the polished, filtered images online. For the price I paid, I didn’t expect luxury, but I do think the photos should more accurately represent the property’s current state.

Très bien, super bien situé ! J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Tout est à proximité, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l'avenue Paulista. Le quartier est vraiment sûr. De plus, l'hôtel dispose d'un supermarché à l'intérieur, ce qui permet d'acheter des petites choses comme du dentifrice, des brosses à dents, de la nourriture, etc. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Les agents sont très sympas et l'hôtel est impeccable. Je recommande vivement !

Bom preço e localização, mas falta melhorias.
Para quem quer estar bem localizado, é bom. Uma quadra da Paulista, pertinho da Augusta. O estúdio é limpo, a cama é confortável. O espaço é suficiente para viagens rápidas. Há sabonete, xampu 2 em 1 e toalhas de banho e rosto. Há um micro ondas e um fogão de indução de 1 boca. O ponto negativo é que não estão disponíveis aparelhos como secador de cabelos, chaleira ou panelas. É possível alugar por um período de 3 horas, mas as chaleiras nunca estão disponíveis. No estúdio em que me hospedei, a limpeza estava perfeita, mas falta manutenção: a torneira da pia do banheiro (que fica para fora, mas isso não é um problema), estava saindo um fiozinho de água. Precisei escovar os dentes na pia da cozinha; a tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta e ficava escorregando o tempo todo. Um sufoco. Fora isso, algum dos encanamentos estava voltando um cheiro de esgoto. Era fraco, mas incômodo. Pode parecer besteira, mas as cortinas são pequenas para a largura das janelas. Fiz o melhor para fechar bem, mas fui acordado por um filete de luz do sol bem nos meus olhos. Além disso, as paredes não tem uma boa vedação de som. O hóspede do quarto ao lado roncava feito um trator. Foi difícil. Posto os problemas, é uma boa acomodação para quem busca um bom preço perto da Paulista / Consolação.

Ape studio "na cara do gol" proximo Av. Paulista
Excelente localização, praticamente ao lado da entrada da estação de metrô (Rua Bela Cintra com Av. Paulista). Suite equipada com cama de casal, armario, balcão de pia com fogão cooktop (indução) e forno micro ondas, louças, talheres, etc. Cama de casal confortável. Ar condicionado, smart TV. No banheiro, destaque para o chuveiro, excelente, agua quente/fria com ótima pressão. Certamente voltarei a ficar hospedado, numa proxima oportunidade.

Ótima localização e muito boas acomodações
Ótima acomodação para estadias curtas em uma localização muito boa para eventos na Av. Paulista. Perto de estação do metrô, shopping, amplas opções de restaurantes, padarias, etc. A região aparenta ser segura. Internamente o quarto é bastante novo e tem o essencial. Checkin e checkout foram bastante ágeis. Alguns pontos a melhorar: - difícil controlar a temperatura da ducha e a temperatura varia muito durante o banho; - há sim algum ruído externo do corredor e outros quartos, especialmente batida de portas. Não chegou a me incomodar, mas pode ser um problema se houver muito movimento no andar; - poderia ter alguns cabides para pendurar roupas.

Bem satisfatório.
O quarto é bem pequeno mas tem uma cama deliciosa. O chuveiro parece ser bom. O meu estava defeito mas fiquei com preguiça de pedirem para me trocar de quarto, contudo o banheiro é OK. O quarto tem um microondas, uma TV (a do meu não era Smart) com canais abertos. Tem um cooktop, mas as panelas precisam ser alugadas na recepção caso queira cozinhar, assim como o secador de cabelos (falo isso para as mulheres que irão se hospedar). Na recepção tem um mercadinho self service. E a localização é muito boa.
