"O lugar é bastante integrado com a natureza e, tem todos os utensilios necessários para uma estadia confortável. Acho que vale a pena comentar que ha escadas é acessivel a cadeirantes ou pessoas com alguma mobilidade reduzida. Atenção tambem nas escadas, porque molhadas podem ser escorregadias. Tudo funcionou muito bem e o cafezinho de cortesia para mim, foi um diferencial."

"Lugar é um paraíso, jardins lindos e muita natureza, somente sons dos pássaros e do rio, aliás a cachoeira é outro lugar maravilhoso. A única ressalva é que o chalé Azaleia fica no ponto mais alto e tem muita escada bem íngrime para chegar, é bom estar ciente pois levar toda a bagagem por ela não foi fácil, mas valeu a pena!"

The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Achei o chalé incrível, fomos bem atendidos, pessoal é bem bacana principalmente o Mateus sempre disposto a ajudar e tirar as dúvidas tanto no WhatsApp quanto pessoalmente, o chalé em si senti falta de alguns itens pra cozinha como algumas panelas um pouco maiores, de resto o chalé eu adorei, tudo igual a propaganda nos sites de hospedagem, o lugar é bem gostoso pra descansar, dependo do número do chalé, da pra ter vista boa da natureza e ouvir o barulho de uma cachoeira que tem próximo de lá,...

"Very hospitable Lovely hotel and nicely decorated In the heart if Capivari and easy access to the main visitors attractions Great prices at the bar 15 reias for a caipirinha and it was lush Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine. Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels. Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends Only very few negatives Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains Take your own iron Laundry can get expensive All in all really happy we chose this hotel "
