De maneira geral foi boa. Entretanto, para um hotel que se di ser 5 estrelas e o valor diária, pecam demais, especialmente na limpeza. Logo após o chek-in, nosso quarto estava com as roupas de cama sujas, vaso sanitário "chapiscado". Falta limpeza nos corredores dos quartos e também na academia. Inclusive, a academia não oferece toalha durante a atividade e falta uma manutenção no aparelho. Os colaboradores são simpáticos e atenciosos.

Hotel no geral é bom e confortável, porém não entrega o que deveria pelo alto custo que se paga. Arrumação e limpeza dos quartos são pontos problematicos, parece haver poucos funcionários. Saímos 09:30 e chegamos 15:30 e ninguém tinha entrado no quarto para arrumar. Os funcionários em geral são atenciosos e simpáticos mas na medida normal, não há nenhum agrado especial ou mimo com os hóspedes por parte de ninguém do hotel, ao contrário do que geralmente ocorre em hotéis dessa categoria. Ou seja, você acaba se sentindo “mais um numero” no meio da multidão de hóspedes que passam pelo hotel. O café da manhã é muito repetitivo e tem itens cobrados a parte (capuccino, mocaccino,…) o que eu achei totalmente sem sentido. Em suma, foi uma experiência “OK” que poderia ter sido muito melhor comparativamente com outros estabelecimentos desse porte que entregam muito mais com preços até menores.

A estrutura é excelente e o hotel em si, um dos melhores em visual, arquitetura e capricho. O único ponto que me incomodou foi o preço das alternativas de alimentação. Você deve adicionar mais, no mínimo, mil reais de gastos em um final de semana, entre almoço e jantar. Bebidas também são muito caras. Mas o quarto novíssimo, banheiro com banheira ampla e chuveiro ótimo. Cama impecável. Tenho vontade de voltar logo.
