Hotel was excellent!! Great location and nice room with great view but most of all, the reception and their service was wonderful!!!! So friendly and welcoming guests with right level of service!!! The suite was amazing with the best views of the caldera. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. All staff were very helpful and friendly. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
