The airport transfer was quick and pickup was easy. The gentleman who met us at dropoff to help us with our luggage was so sweet and you can see how hard he works. He also helped us bring our luggage to the bus terminal! The staff at reception was super helpful and efficient with all my requests. The room was very clean and perfect. Last but not least, the view! We stayed in rm 201 and the view of the caldera is just breathtaking, especially during sunset. Pictures do not do it justice!
